We have the following overall policies:
* All collections have visibility Private by default.
* DSB employees in org will have "read" rights to all "Private" repositories in the DSB-AI / Danske Statsbaner organization to increase collaboration and discoverability of code and existing services in DSB.
* External consultants in Github will have access to repositories based on the teams they are in.
