Updated lifestyle_profile.json: clarified the primary goal, added notes about the patient's diet and personal preferences. Updated the summary of the last session with an emphasis on the new symptom of leg pain. Made changes to the output format in prompts.py to improve data processing. Added dynamic prompt processing in gradio_app.py.
