# 🎯 AI Resume Classifier / Akıllı CV Sınıflandırıcı

This project is an **Artificial Intelligence-based Resume Classification System** developed to automate HR processes. It analyzes resume content (PDF/DOCX/Text) and predicts the most suitable department for the candidate using NLP and Machine Learning.

Bu proje, İK süreçlerini otomatize etmek için geliştirilmiş **Yapay Zeka tabanlı bir CV Sınıflandırma Sistemi**dir. CV içeriğini (PDF/DOCX/Metin) analiz eder ve NLP ile Makine Öğrenmesi kullanarak aday için en uygun departmanı tahmin eder.
