Add quarterly topic hype-cycle pipeline and slider visualization
elfsong +1: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context)- src/lifecycle_quarterly.py: aggregate OpenAlex topics per quarter (2022–2026), classify each topic's Gartner phase per cumulative snapshot (thresholds adapted from the reference bimonthly algorithm to quarter units). - app.py: Gradio + Plotly hype-cycle viz with a quarter slider. - Data pipeline scripts (snapshot counts, export, annotate, OpenAlex enrich/fallback). - requirements.txt for the Space; .gitignore excludes large local data artifacts.
