# 🧠 DeltaMind — AI Operational Intelligence
**Renaissance Africa Energy | Innovation Week 2026 | Challenge 4**

DeltaMind is an agentic AI platform designed for real-time operational intelligence, predictive maintenance, and regulatory compliance across 18 Oil Mining Leases (OMLs) in the Niger Delta.

## 🏗️ Architecture
- **Cloud LLM**: Groq API (Llama 3.3 70B) for complex reasoning.
- **Local LLM**: LM Studio (Qwen 2.5) for privacy-first, offline queries.
- **RAG Engine**: ChromaDB for semantic search over SOPs and NUPRC regulations.
- **ML Models**: Scikit-learn Isolation Forest (Anomaly) & Gradient Boosting (Predictive Maintenance).
- **Backend**: FastAPI, APScheduler, SQLite.
- **Frontend**: Vanilla JS, Tailwind CSS, Leaflet.js, Chart.js.

## 🚀 Running Locally
1. `pip install -r requirements.txt`
2. `uvicorn app.main:app --host 0.0.0.0 --port 7860`
