Fix Remix Vite plugin configuration for Docker

- Re-enable Cloudflare dev proxy to maintain Remix plugin compatibility
- Remove DISABLE_CLOUDFLARE_PROXY environment variable
- Keep --host 0.0.0.0 binding for external access
