Make the hero background image a slideshow that changes automatically

Now make a department home page (Links to all other departments) also main color should be grey

Rather than white lets make it a dark theme, also for the teams each time would have a diffrent patch

ITS TOO COLORFUL AND CHEERFUL LETS MAKE IT MORE LIKE A GOVERMENT WEBSITE

Lets change the style of the page BUT keep the footer and header EXACTLY THE SAME
