# Claim Mutation / HIR Encapsulation Simulator

**Framework:** HIR/OAM pressure-form simulator  
**Boundary:** This simulator does not decide whether a claim is true. It tests whether a carried version remains structurally resonant with the original.

## Public thesis

A claim can be repeated endlessly without being preserved.

Repetition without resonance is just noise.

A claim can keep its words and lose its meaning when source, context, uncertainty, scope, consent, or repair path detach during transfer.

## What this simulator does

This is a dual-path simulator for claim transfer:

1. **Drift Path** — the claim travels exposed under mutation pressure such as compression, paraphrase distance, platform speed, incentive pressure, and status amplification.
2. **Protected Carry Path** — the claim travels inside an HIR capsule that keeps source, context, uncertainty, scope, consent, and repair path attached.

The simulator does not score people as right or wrong. It asks whether the retelling still preserves the structure of what was originally claimed.

## Core equations

The HIR capsule does not make the claim true. It adds resonance lift by keeping critical attachments with the claim during transfer.

## HIR capsule

**HIR = Honesty, Integrity, Respect**

- **Honesty** names the claim accurately.
- **Integrity** keeps source, context, uncertainty, scope, consent, and repair path attached.
- **Respect** prevents distortion, weaponized ambiguity, and erasure of limits.
