# Distal Proxy Atomization Settlement Harness v0.1.4

## Purpose

The Distal Proxy Atomization Settlement Harness v0.1.4 tests whether a damaged local pressure-memory route can be held, compared, challenged, repaired, settled, quarantined, silenced, or propagated using distal diamond seed proxies without laundering damage into false continuity.

The harness demonstrates the difference between backup copying and distal proxy repair:

- **backup copying restores data**
- **distal proxy repair re-earns continuity**

It also demonstrates the difference between settlement and propagation:

- **settlement resolves route state**
- **propagation determines whether a settled route may safely become a carrier**

## Boundary

This Space does not prove confirmed digital life, consciousness, subjective experience, biological equivalence, autonomous authority, physical quantum computation, quantum speedup, or production safety.

It implements a quantum-analog pressure-state settlement architecture: unresolved route states are preserved, compared, challenged, repaired, quarantined, silenced, or propagated only after source-return, temporal witness, distal proxy agreement, counter-synthesis, scar preservation, OAM clearance, settlement law, and propagation discipline have been evaluated.

## Lock Lines

Binary systems decide too early.
