# Primordial Code Health-AI Integrity Stack

Primordial Code Health-AI Integrity Stack is a bounded public map of HIR/OAM applications across medical, health, and human-services contexts.

This Space uses the Health Applications Inventory as the front-door artifact for the Rice-facing health-AI showcase. It organizes health-related use cases through a life-first systems-integrity lens: patient agency, clinical workflow fit, consent boundaries, measurement integrity, uncertainty handling, health equity, EHR meaning preservation, diagnostic correction loops, caregiver/proxy boundaries, and human-reviewed AI support.

This is a research, architecture, and review-facing prototype.

It is not medical advice, not diagnosis, not FDA-approved software, not HIPAA compliance certification, not a clinical workflow product, and not a validated healthcare authority.

Structural correspondence, not ontological equivalence.
