This patch preserves the full original v0.3.2 ecosystem registry and adds the Substrate education/cognition layer as part of the larger Primordial Code ecosystem page.

## Key correction

The previous Substrate hub upload was too narrow as a root `index.html`; it replaced the broader ecosystem page instead of integrating into it.

This patch restores the full Primordial Code ecosystem as the root page and adds Substrate as a visible section, local subpage, and registry category.
