# Restoration Engine — Discernment Stack

Restoration Engine — Discernment Stack is a public HIR/OAM architecture map for discernment before awareness, stewardship before scale, counterfeit-carrier detection, target-inversion locks, mandatory scale-freeze behavior, and restoration failure review.

This Space uses the **HIR/OAM Restoration Engine v2.1 OSF Readiness Packet** as the front-door artifact. The packet consolidates the v2 Restoration Engine with Appendix A: a high-pressure AI multi-boxing target-inversion stress test, blind-audit protocol, and mandatory scale-freeze rule.

Discernment and anti-capture concepts require human review, evidence boundaries, proportionality, appeal/repair pathways, and refusal to convert uncertainty into authority.

Structural correspondence, not ontological equivalence.
