Before uploading to OSF:
1. Run `npm install`.
2. Run `npm run smoke`.
3. Run `npm start`.
4. Confirm OSF loads GREEN.
5. Change mode to Shield.
6. Click Test RED.
7. Confirm RED Hard Stop.
8. Click Audit Log.
9. Confirm JSONL audit events are written.
10. Run `npm run dist`.
11. Confirm installer appears under `dist/`.
12. Run `build_tools/Make_SHA256SUMS.ps1`.
13. Upload:
- installer EXE from `dist/`
- source ZIP
- SHA256SUMS.txt
- README_FIRST.txt
- demo video link
