## HIR

### Honesty
Checks whether the site/request is legible, non-deceptive, and domain-consistent.

### Integrity
Checks whether the request is structurally bounded, secure, scoped, and auditable.

### Respect
Checks whether user agency is preserved: no coercive urgency, hidden pressure, or non-reversible extraction.

## OAM

OAM detects outsourced agency, hidden uncertainty, identity capture, dark patterns, coercive pressure, tracking pressure, unsafe downloads, and manipulative permission requests.

## Gate states

- GREEN: allow
- YELLOW: allow with review, isolate, or require confirmation
- RED: hard stop/block/quarantine
