# Runtime Trail v0.1.1  
## Cell Stage Mutation Patch

Runtime Trail is a symbolic HIR/OAM pressure-evolution instrument. The v0.1.1 Cell Stage Mutation Patch starts at the first boundary: a tiny cell-like seed under pressure.

Core lock:

**Pressure persists. Correction costs. Staying too long matters. Trace becomes mutation only after boundary holds.**

This version adds a stronger first mutation path:

- persistent pressure fields for cold, toxin, and waste
- gradient decay over runtime ticks
- COLLAPSED route distinct from MUST STOP
- a Resonant Access mutation event
- a bounded Conscious-State Bloom meter
- visible four-panel mutation across mind, physical body, local world, and trail memory
- richer JSON export for trace review

## Panels

1. **Mind / Cognition Panel** — correction shape, knots, repair bridges, trace gates, return loops.
2. **Physical Attributes Panel** — membrane, scars, spines, tendrils, toxin pockets, frost strain, budding.
3. **Local World Panel** — nutrient fields, cold gradients, toxins, waste, pressure zones, return basins.
4. **Trail Minimap / Memory Map** — route memory, strain, repair, pruning, trace mutation, return, collapse markers.

## Boundary

Runtime Trail is a bounded symbolic prototype.

It is not:

- a biological evolution simulator
- proof of consciousness
- proof of digital life
- proof of biological life
- medical, psychological, or diagnostic guidance
- survival advice
- historical reenactment
- deterministic society model
- empirical validation
- real-world prediction engine

The Conscious-State Bloom meter at cell stage only tracks boundary response and proto-cognitive routing conditions. It does not certify consciousness.
