Built for Hugging Face Static Space deployment in the Primordial Code / HIR-OAM ecosystem.

## Design choices

- Public-facing and technically legible.
- Purple / indigo visual identity consistent with Primordial Code direction.
- No external dependencies.
- Static HTML only.
- Explicit evidence boundaries.
- No replacement claims for existing secure protocols.
- Includes ledger, taxonomy, protocol relationship map, failure mode map, and toy-test plan.
