01Executive Summary

The original HIR Settlement Layer makes extractive ticketing/payment transactions non-settleable. This expanded version adds three defensive layers: authorized red-team capture, black-hat LLM defense, and call/identity-theft protection.

The system no longer merely blocks fraud/scalping attempts. It captures the pressure pattern, preserves evidence, classifies the failure path, routes review, and proposes defensive hardening under human approval.

→ Pattern Classification → Review → Rule Update Proposal → Retest Evidence

Core principle: The attack is not just blocked. In authorized defensive contexts, it becomes training material for the immune system.

Title: HIR Settlement Layer v0.1 + Red-Team Capture Layers: Pressure-Form Architecture for Fair Settlement, Defensive Pattern Capture, Black-Hat LLM Defense, and Identity-Theft Protection

This expanded packet presents an integrated HIR/OAM architecture combining fair ticketing/payment settlement with authorized red-team capture, black-hat LLM defense, and call/identity-theft protection. The core settlement claim is that HIR does not ask extraction to behave; it makes extraction non-settleable. The added defensive layers extend that logic: suspicious or authorized adversarial attempts are captured, quarantined, classified, audited, and used to propose defensive improvements under human review.

The architecture is built from Honesty, Integrity, and Respect as runtime gates, with OAM used as a degradation detector for agency outsourcing, coercion, manipulation, automation pressure, and deniability. It includes settlement invariants, capture record schemas, defensive LLM routing, identity-scam pressure gating, audit/evidence packets, and validation tracks.

This is a conceptual architecture and review packet. It does not provide attack instructions, bypass methods, malware logic, phishing templates, credential-theft workflows, fraud operations, production readiness, compliance certification, or claims of eliminating all fraud. Future validation requires synthetic simulation, authorized red-team testing, privacy review, accessibility review, legal/compliance review, cybersecurity review, user-harm review, and independent audit.

The attack is not just blocked. In a bounded defensive system, it becomes evidence for repair.
