1. **Access the tool** in your browser (no install needed).
2. **Enter your OpenAI API key** to unlock AI-powered conversations. *(Your key is only stored in your browser, never transmitted elsewhere.)*
3. **Follow the stages**:
   - **Task Planning:** Clarify your learning goal with AI help.
   - **Pre-Learning:** Reflect on your readiness, confidence, and strategies.
   - **During Learning:** Pause, check your progress, and adapt with the coach's suggestions.
   - **Post-Learning:** Debrief with AI-guided questions—analyze what worked and what can improve.
   - **Development Plan:** Get a personalized growth plan for your next steps.
4. **Type your responses and interact with the AI** at every stage.
5. **Navigate between stages** as you need, and complete the session to save your reflection history.
