feat: deploy simpledocreview as a browser-only static space
Eric Putnam +1: Claude Opus 5 (1M context)Upstream is a Python standard-library server, and a Hugging Face Static Space runs no compute, so app.py cannot run there. The front end ships unchanged and the server moves into the browser: - overlay/sdr-api-core.js ports app.py's API: all 18 routes, the rubric analyzer, DOCX extraction (own ZIP reader plus DecompressionStream, no dependency), status recalculation, the notification queue, and the record migrations. No DOM and no storage, so it can be tested against the original. - overlay/sdr-api-shim.js supplies the environment: IndexedDB, an XMLHttpRequest interceptor (a Proxy over a real XHR, since upstream uses XHR rather than fetch), and a capture-phase click handler for Download, which upstream implements as a navigation a page cannot cancel. - build-static.ps1 inserts the two script tags into upstream's index.html instead of keeping a modified copy in overlay/, so there is no second copy of an upstream file to drift.
