Material circularity overview
Follow recovered tonnage, circularity performance, net processing costs and indicative carbon effects across your operations.
Turn discarded material
into measurable value.
Understand where material is lost, which streams deliver value, and how recovery investments change operational outcomes.

How the model works
Reproducible first-principles accounting with explicit rules, editable parameters and no hidden predictive model.
Material & financial formulas
Monthly values for each active stream
Diverted = generated × diversion fraction. A stream may be sent to processing without successfully yielding recovered material.
Recovered = diverted × (1 − contamination) × recovery yield. Residual = generated − recovered.
Net cost = residual × disposal unit cost + diverted × processing unit cost − recovered × resale unit value.
Emissions proxy = recovered × avoided-impact factor − diverted × processing-impact factor, in tonnes CO₂e.
Model boundaries
What this demonstration includes and excludes
Generated = recovered + residual in every scenario. All forecasts use an illustrative seasonal profile.
Percentage-point modifiers clamp diversion and contamination between 0 and 100 percent. Price and volume modifiers scale baselines.
No upstream scope boundaries, transport distances, actual processing energy, landfill methane or product-specific displacement factors are audited.
No taxes, financing, fixed investment, transport charges or market price uncertainty are included unless represented in user-set unit assumptions.
