+A Gradio interface that scrapes and analyzes real estate projects using LangChain and SQLite.

+## Features

+## Setup
+
+1. Create and activate a virtual environment:
+    ```sh
+    uv venv --python 3.12
+    ```
+
+2. Compile the requirements file:
+    ```sh
+    uv pip compile requirements.in --generate-hashes -o requirements.txt
+    ```
+
+3. Install the dependencies:
+    ```sh
+    uv pip install -r requirements.txt
+    ```
+
+4. Run the application:
+    ```sh
+    uv run app.py
+    ```

+5. Upgrade all packages to their latest versions:
