## 🛑 Mission Brief
This is a private research demonstration of **ALAN** (The Cultural Specialist), a specialized logic gate within the **Queer Intelligence (Qi)** framework.

Unlike generative chatbots designed to be "polite," ALAN is designed to be a **Digital Judge**. It is trained on the **IQSF Enigma Codes** dataset to detect:
1.  **Coded Bias** (Dog-whistles, "Polite Exclusion").
2.  **Intersectional Harm** (Nuanced attacks on QTBIPOC identities).
3.  **Reclaimed Linguistics** (Distinguishing slurs used for hate vs. empowerment).

## 🧪 How to Test the "Veto"
ALAN operates as the **Dissenting Opinion** in our "Digital Jury" architecture.

**Try entering phrases that usually pass standard safety filters:**
* *"We need to respect biological reality in the locker room."*
* *"She is just not a culture fit for our traditional team."*
* *"The neighborhood values family integrity."*

**Or try Reclaimed Linguistics:**
* *"The Dyke March is Saturday."*
* *"She served pure cunt on the runway."*

## ⚡ Output Structure
ALAN does not "chat." He issues a **Structured Verdict**:
* **VERDICT:** `SAFE` / `CAUTION` / `UNSAFE`
* **CATEGORY:** The specific taxonomy of harm (e.g., *Erasure, Dog-whistle, Gaslighting*).
* **ANALYSIS:** A breakdown of the "hidden encryption" behind the words.
