Fix ZeroGPU duration callback signature

Per-task progress bars, split BRIA preprocess off GPU, longer timeout, visible errors

Fix Generate button: demo.queue, gr.update, status feedback, direct outputs

Preprocess inside generate_3d; show_error=True for clearer failures
