Guidelines for 3D Printing at ISE
Students enrolled in ISE courses can use the 3D printing facility at the ISE department.
Steps to get your models printed
1) File format
- Create a model ready and saved as .MAKERBOT file first
2) Professor's approval
- show your model to the teaching professor to get approval for printing
3) Contact the SGCS office to get the model 3D printed
- send a model by email to the SGCS office (yuvera@inha.ac.kr).
- the email should include the student's name / course name / professors name

Build Size: the max dimension possible to 3D Print is 150mm x 150mm x 150mm.

File Preparation:
1. Visit: https://cloudprint.makerbot.com/
2. Click on “Sign In” option (or “Sign Up” if you don’t have an account).
3. Create an account using your preferred email address.
4. Select “Print Preparation” and choose “Sketch Large” printer from the list.
5. Import your file in STL format.
6. Adjust the orientation and position.
7. Check the Print Preview.
1. Select the additional options menu “…” beside the Export Button to set the export option to “Export a .MAKERBOT file”. Then click on “EXPORT” your 3D file will be ready and downloaded as makerbot file [Filename.makerbot].
