## 🚀 Getting Started

### Prerequisites
- Python 3.12+
- Node.js & npm
- Qdrant Instance (Local or Cloud)

### 1. Backend Setup
1. Create and activate a virtual environment:
   ```bash
   python -m venv myenv
   myenv\Scripts\activate
   ```
2. Install dependencies:
   ```bash
   pip install -r requirements.txt
   ```
3. Configure your keys:
   - Copy `.env.example` to `.env`.
   - Fill in your `GEMINI_API_KEY` or `GROQ_API_KEY`.
4. Run the server:
   ```bash
   cd backend
   uvicorn app.main:app --reload
   ```

### 2. Frontend Setup
1. Navigate to the frontend:
   ```bash
   cd frontend-react
   ```
2. Install & Start:
   ```bash
   npm install
   npm run dev
   ```

- `/backend`: FastAPI source code and local data/vector storage.
- `/frontend-react`: React application source and styling.
