Fix Dockerfile build error - correct requirements.txt filename

🔧 Build Fix:
✅ Fixed: COPY requirements_fixed.txt → COPY requirements.txt
✅ Fixed: CMD python app_fixed_v2.py → CMD python app.py
✅ Corrected file references to match actual filenames

The Docker build was failing because:
- Dockerfile referenced requirements_fixed.txt (doesn't exist)
- Dockerfile referenced app_fixed_v2.py (doesn't exist)

Now using correct filenames:
- requirements.txt ✅
- app.py ✅

Build should now succeed!
