# KiteFishAI (Preview)

KiteFish AI builds efficient language models from scratch: our own architectures, our own training runs, and our own post-training. This organization hosts **preview releases**: early checkpoints that we share for testing, feedback, and research.

## What you'll find here

- **NanoI1**: our compact model family. Instruct (SFT) variants such as `NanoI1-155M-Instruct` are published here as they become ready.
- **Experimental checkpoints**: intermediate and research models released ahead of any stable launch.

## About preview releases

- Models here are **work in progress**. Expect rough edges, changing names, and breaking updates between versions.
- They are not intended for production use or safety-critical decisions.
- Evaluations and model cards will be added as each model matures.
- Stable releases will move to our main organization.

## Feedback

Found a bug, odd behavior, or have a benchmark result to share? Open a discussion on the relevant model repo. We read all of them.
