Creatively upscale a low-resolution video 4× using the
[Lightricks/LTX-2.3-22b-IC-LoRA-Pixel-Spatial-Upscaler](https://huggingface.co/Lightricks/LTX-2.3-22b-IC-LoRA-Pixel-Spatial-Upscaler)
on top of the [LTX-2.3](https://huggingface.co/Lightricks/LTX-2.3) foundation model.

This is a **generative** upscaler: it synthesizes new fine detail from the low-resolution
reference rather than interpolating, using the two-stage distilled LTX-2.3 pipeline with the
IC-LoRA applied as reference-video conditioning.
