Bump HF Space sdk_version to 1.44.0
streamlit 1.28.0 (the old pinned sdk_version) pulls in an older pyarrow that doesn't support numpy>=2.1, causing the build to fail after pinning numpy. A newer streamlit resolves a pyarrow compatible with numpy 2.x. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>7fd70f7

Reorganize project: local product images, add Parkdress, clean up structure
