Add Streamlit integration tests
New tests in test_streamlit_app.py: - Syntax validation - Check for invalid st.dataframe(width="stretch") usage - Streamlit AppTest to catch runtime errors - Validates app renders without exceptions These tests would have caught the width="stretch" bug.
