fix(security): require access key on every /api route, drop browser agent and leaked secrets file
All /api/* routes now fail closed without NOTES_ACCESS_TOKEN (>=16 chars). The Playwright browser agent is no longer built or started; Browser_Agent/ and a plaintext secrets note are untracked. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>8a83d52

feat(iserv): filtered IServ tasks for Muse
Adds GET /iserv/tasks: the adapted Puppeteer fetcher reads the tasks, a Python name filter (iserv-filter/, own unix user, localhost only) removes person, place and school names. Fetcher fields are only extended, nothing removed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>e561127
