| 1.OCR Upload | |
| Upload a PDF CV file to automatically extract candidate details. | |
| Suitable for quick profiling and data population. | |

| Upload CVs manually and fill candidate data fields yourself. | |
| Useful for editing or entering detailed custom info. | |
| Document Viewing Sections | |
| 3.My Documents (Main Section) | |
| This section allows users to manage all the CVs they have uploaded. It includes subcategories for different document statuses and actions. | |
| 🔹 1. My All Documents | |
| Purpose: View all CVs uploaded by you (the logged-in user). | |
| Users can edit or delete their documents.Includes Ref No(CV Uploaded User ID)candidate name, skills, status (approved/rejected), and actions (edit/delete). | |
| Easily find and manage your entire list of uploaded CVs in one place. | |
| 🔸 2. Pending Documents | |
| Purpose: View CVs that are waiting for approval or review. | |
| Used By: Recruiters and admins for screening and shortlisting. | |
| Tip: If your CV is here, it hasn’t been reviewed yet. | |
| 3. Approved Documents | |
| Purpose: See which CVs have been approved. | |
| Use Case: These candidates are considered for next steps (like interviews or job matching). | |
| 4. Rejected Documents | |
| Purpose: View documents that were not selected. | |
| Use Case: Helps users understand which CVs were declined, possibly for revision or resubmission. | |
| Admin can only see this All Documents.Otherwise user can only see My All document only | |
| All Documents (Expandable) | |
| All Documents – View every document in the system. | |
| All Pending Documents – CVs awaiting approval. | |
| All Approved Documents – CVs that have been accepted by reviewers. | |
| All Rejected Documents – CVs that have been marked as not suitable. | |
| Example Use Cases: | |
| Recruiters use All Pending Documents to review new CV uploads. | |
| Admins may use All Approved/Rejected Documents to audit decisions. | |
| Freelancers primarily interact with OCR Upload or Manual Upload, and track their files in My Documents. |
