### Calendar Section – MyCareers Portal The Calendar section helps users manage interviews and events. It includes the following options: #### 1. Add Event To schedule a new interview or calendar event: - Go to: Calendar ➝ Add Event - Fill in these fields: - **Interview Type** (e.g., Online, Technical) - **Candidate** (Select the candidate from the dropdown.) - **Client** (Choose the client company.) - **Job RefNo** (Select the related job reference number) - **Event Date & Time** (Pick the interview date and time using the calendar and time picker.) - Click **Submit Form** #### 2. All Event List - Go to: Calendar ➝ All Event List - View all scheduled interviews regardless of user or status - Includes: Interview Type, Candidate, Client, Job Ref, Status, Date & Time, Updated By - You can also **edit or delete** events using action buttons #### 3. Event List Viewing Scheduled Events To view Your scheduled interview events: Go to Calendar ➝ Event List - Shows scheduled interviews/events for the logged-in user - Accessible via left sidebar under Calendar ##### 4.How to Reschedule an Interview – MyCareers Portal There are two methods to reschedule a scheduled interview in the system: Method 1: From the Event List Go to Calendar ➝ Event List from the left sidebar. Find the interview you wish to reschedule in the list. Click the blue Edit icon under the Action column. On the Edit Event page: Under the Status dropdown, select Rescheduled. Use the Event Date & Time calendar picker to choose the new interview time. Click the Save button. A success message will appear confirming the rescheduling. The interview’s status will now be marked as Rescheduled. Method 2: From the Dashboard Calendar On the main Dashboard, locate the calendar widget showing interviews for the month. Click on the interview you want to reschedule. A pop-up will appear showing interview details. Select the Rescheduled button under “Did this Interview happen?” You will be redirected to the Edit Event page automatically. On the Edit screen: Set Status to Rescheduled. Pick a new Date & Time. Click Save. You will see a reschedule confirmation message. ###### Where to View Rescheduled Interviews After rescheduling, go to: Calendar ➝ My Rescheduled Events to see the list of all interviews marked as Rescheduled. ####### How to Set Interview Status as Completed – MyCareers Portal After an interview has taken place, follow these steps to mark it as Completed in the system: Steps to Mark Interview as Completed Steps: On the Dashboard, scroll to the Calendar section showing interview schedules. Click on the specific interview slot you wish to update. A pop-up labeled Interview Details will appear, showing: Interview Type,Candidate Name,Client,Job Ref No,Interview Date & Time and Current Status Under "Did this interview happen?", select: Yes to mark as Completed , Once you choose Yes, the system updates the Status to Completed automatically. A confirmation message will appear. The event will now show as Completed (green) in both The Calendar View,The Event List sections
