Updated fonts size of About section and info section in TTS page added the logic to not enable submit button until any of the rating is not selected ,added the feedback text box with the updated log_initial_submission function and update rating function and also update the timestamps int IST only

Modified the example sentences and add utils and pkl file for organised and clean code
