Temporarily disable outputs/freddie + outputs/mdd COPY to restore the Space to RUNNING (persistent build-checksum issue, data already in repo, see gate report)

Retrigger build (LFS resolution race on outputs/freddie+mdd, content unchanged otherwise)

Upload Dockerfile with huggingface_hub

Day 4: runtime file set (engine, agent, API, UI source, panel, DFAST scenarios, model cache, exhibits)
