# Welcome to Prickly Labs 🌵

We're a scrappy AI startup focused on training culturally-aware, emotionally realistic language models. Our lab experiments in:
- Low-budget, high-efficiency model training (Kaggle, FSDP, quantization)
- Creating unique Arabic personalities with emotional memory
- Discord-native inference and character interaction
- Dataset optimization and systematized fine-tuning tools

- **مستنقع السناكح**: A lore-based personality AI universe
- **Universal Notebook**: Our fine-tuning/formatting/training stack
- **Custom Dataset Tools**: Arabic-rich emotional data pipelines

All models will have:
- Chat templates
- Configs for `transformers`, `text-generation-inference`, and `vllm`
- Lightweight, Kaggle-optimized usage guides
