## 🧠 How it Works
- Uses a **Q&A pipeline** backed by a transformer model (can start with `distilbert-base-uncased` fine-tuned on Q&A).  
- Preloaded with example FAQs from the appliance/leasing domain.  
- Gradio interface provides a friendly chat-like UI.
