This creates a complete project structure with:
1. VS Code configuration files (.vscode folder)
2. Source files in src folder (HTML, CSS, JS)
3. package.json for project dependencies
4. Separated concerns (styles in CSS, scripts in JS)
5. Proper linking between files

The project can now be opened in any IDE and will work the same way as shown in the VS Code setup preview. Just run `npm install` followed by `npm start` to launch the development server.
