fix: Remove all remaining Sweetviz references

- Remove Sweetviz from README.md report support list
- Update artifact_store.py example to use ydata_profiling
- Update ChatInterface.tsx to only detect ydata_profiling reports
- Ensures agent never mentions Sweetviz in responses

This completes the full Sweetviz removal from the codebase
