test(eval): add RAGAS gate + retrieval evaluation (recall@5, MRR) (#16)

Browse files

* test: improve document ingestion edge case coverage

* chore(deps): replace google-genai with groq and fastembed

* feat(config): groq and fastembed settings, remove gemini and hf keys

* feat(ai): groq generation wrapper and fastembed local embeddings

* fix(obs): import AiUnavailable from groq_service

* fix(api): wire routers to groq_service and settings.GROQ_MODEL

* test: update mocks for groq and fastembed, 768-dim embeddings

* test(eval): custom ragas-equivalent gate on 50-question golden set

* ci: pass GROQ_API_KEY to the eval job

* ci: fix yaml syntax, add libgomp1, and remove obsolete API keys

* test(eval): add recall@5 and MRR retrieval metrics with rate-limit fallback
