Refactor AI model usage and caching across modules

Browse files

Centralizes generative model instantiation and caching in app.py, passing the model instance to colosseum.py and evolution.py functions. Updates database.py to use Streamlit caching for read operations and separates write functions from caching. Simplifies main app logic and UI, and adapts simulation and evolution functions to accept the model as a parameter for improved resource management and modularity.
