+## 1. Definitions

+- "Base Models" refers to the original AI models provided through the Rombo-Org Hugging Face organization
+- "Derivative Works" refers to models created by fine-tuning, training on top of, or otherwise modifying the Base Models
+- "Member" refers to an active Patreon subscriber of the qualifying tier
+- "Direct Quantization" refers to the process of converting the Base Models to a different precision without meaningful modifications

+## 2. Permitted Uses

+Members ARE allowed to:
+- Use the Base Models for both personal and commercial purposes
+- Create and distribute Derivative Works (such as fine-tunes or LoRA adaptations)
+- Download the Base Models for the purpose of creating Derivative Works

+- Use the Base Models and Derivative Works without restriction, provided usage is limited to the Member
