fix dtype kwarg + cut max_new_tokens to 64 for faster CPU inference

remove repair from demo UI + faster settings

use 0.5B model + ensure polished UI

disable example caching to fix startup

Initial deploy to HF Spaces (clean history, LFS for all binaries)
