- Dockerfile: download all-MiniLM-L6-v2 at build time (no runtime delay)
- Dockerfile: run ingest_all.py at build time (ChromaDB ready on boot)
- app.py: use asyncio.to_thread for get_guard() so event loop stays free
Prevents WebSocket timeout on HF Spaces caused by blocking model load
and ChromaDB ingestion during on_chat_start.
