## Standard Animation Library

Motion Rig includes the Quaternius Universal Animation Library Standard 1 + 2 from the private `STATICAI/Motion-Rig` bucket. The application exposes 84 motions in both in-place and root-motion variants and can retarget a selected action onto a newly rigged humanoid character.

The supplied Standard animation library and Standard base-character assets are CC0 1.0 Universal / Public Domain Dedication. Original license and README files are preserved under `animations/Standard/`, together with `LICENSE_NOTICE.md` and `ANIMATION_MANIFEST.json`.
