card: add canonical a-11-oy.com link-back to org front door (additive)

Adds https://a-11-oy.com (verified HTTP 200) to the footer link row so the HF org card links back to the canonical site as well as GitHub. Card-level, additive only; no renames/deletes. WAVE11-D1.
