Per hf-sync.yml's own documented rationale, the built SPA bundles + vendored 3rd-party blobs (large/possibly-LFS) already live resident on the Space; re-syncing them reintroduces the LFS/pre-receive failures. Each exemption is named here EXPLICITLY (reviewed escape hatch, never a silent skip). A NEW per-file served asset that is neither mirrored by hf-sync nor listed here will FAIL CHECK 3 \u2014 that is the guard working. To make a new served file go live on HF, add it to hf-sync.yml's mirror set; only list it here if it is a baked-only vendor/SPA blob.",
