sync: heal HF Space module-drift — push canonical GitHub bytes

Dev5 ecosystem foundation (direct HF push): byte-identical shared modules + ecosystem router + serve.py registration + Dockerfile COPY. Fixes BUILD_ERROR (missing szl_ecosystem_routes.py from partial GitHub auto-sync).
