Fix: remove transformers and huggingface_hub pins — let tribev2 resolve them

Fix: downgrade transformers to 4.47.0 which supports huggingface_hub>=1.0

Fix: pin all dependency versions exactly to eliminate pip backtracking

Fix: moviepy>=2.2.1 to match tribev2 requirement

Fix: upgrade torch to 2.5.1 to match tribev2 requirements (>=2.5.1)

Fix: pin CPU-only torch, install before other deps to avoid nvidia resolver
