please look into my html, don't change the layout, make the Dark Mode Button Toggle active and it should work, if you hover on the tiles they should lift slightly and tilt to the right, make all the menu on the left hand side active and interactive when you select them, they should take you to the sub menus make them active through java scripts all intergated with htlm ccs and whatever you can add to make this work and make the whole service desk plartform modern, make the Analytics with AI active with some good features, now rewrite this whole site again unified into one all like in the previous code , please think deeper, take your time and make sure everything work and nothing is broken, I trust you can easily pull this off
